I initially bought this when my youngest was learning how to sit and crawl.. he was constantly on the move and constantly falling over. I wanted something big enough for his two older sisters (1&2 at the time), to be able to play with him on the mat as well.I was a little hesitant to pay the price for this play mat, but over all so happy I did!!Pros:I wasn’t worried my baby was smacking his head off the wooden floor anymore.Easy to wipe clean for the most part. The texture does make you have to wipe a bit harder but, the texture also provides a little bit more grip!It’s big enough for an adult, or two (depending on size, and how many kiddos you got on there too) but my partner and I can lay spacious with our baby, or myself and all three kiddos could lay spaciously as well! Which is great for playing, reading, making a little bed floor for movie night, etc! Heck, some sick nights I made them a bed on top of the mat in front of the fire place so if anyone was throwing up blankets just got washed, and the mat got wiped down if need be. So much easier than cleaning a mattress!!&Lastly… almost four years later my kids still use this every single day. Whether they’re just sitting down playing, reading, building Lego, or crafting!!**It may not be as “pretty” now but this mat has become crafting central. It’s taken on lots of stains, and even a few scissor cuts .. but completely saved the hard wood floors!! ??&Even with all that wear and tear, I still see it lasting us for years to come! ??♥️
